Milan truly is a shoppers paradise. From fashion power-houses Gucci to Armani, Prada to Misson, Milan is a one-stop-shop for the ultimate in luxe shopping.

The city also has a great emerging designer scene, amazing fashion markets and some of the best vintage stores I've come across during my travels.

Corso Buenos Aires, Via Torino and Corso Como have been some of my favourite shopping spots.

Needless to say my budget, and suitcase are in for a workout!

I always find it a little difficult to dress in a new city, so with all your travels I imagine it must be difficult to get a finger on the fashion pulse of a city and adapt quickly. I love the leather and plaid together, but it's nice that you kept in feminine with a skirt instead of jeans!

  16. aAAAhhhhh I'm so jealous! I want to go to Milan sooo badly! I just met an Italian friend in Malaysia over the summer, and he lives in Milan.. My mom's going there next month on a business trip but wouldn't take me with her even though I practically begged on my knees. Well, not really, but figuratively speaking. Maybe I'll get to go there one day.. Have fun, shop lots!! Hope we'll get to see your purchases then! ;)

  18. Ahhh Milan.. another place to add to my destination wishlist. :) I haven't left Hawaii in what seems like forever. Hubby and I are in need of a trip.. perhaps when the semester is over. :)
